Hi BG..I went to a hpnotherpist about four years ago and to this day still use the tapes if I am tired and need to relax. At that point I found the hypnosis very helpful. As a matter of fact I had been sleeping very little and after hypnosis was sleeping about 7-8 hours a night for about 2 months until insomnia worked it's way back into my life once again. If you decide to go for it, go only to a psychotherapist who is also liscenced in hynosis . She will make you about 4 different tapes. You will listen to the tape twice a day , morning and night in a relaxing position. Most of the time I manage to get into deep hynosis, or questionably, I may be sleeping. When I am through I feel quite relaxed and refreshed. It costs about $250, which I think is well worth it. Some insurance companies may reimburse. It is certainly worth a try!!!!!!!Hope
