Paul, thanks so much for your encouragement. I am using earplugs.

That skate boarder last night was the weirdest thing I have ever encountered at 1:00 a.m. But I feel good that I did go out and speak up.

I will follow the "don't peek at the clock" rule tonight! Also, to be quite honest, my mind doesn't help sometimes. That is the hardest part. Last night I started to feel anxious shortly before going to bed. Isn't there a store I can go to and buy a new brain!!??

Well, it seems to be working so far. Every night I seem to get a little more sleep, though I feel very fatigued. What makes me feel good is that after years and years of depending on pills to get me to sleep, I am coping without. It can be done!

Despite feeling fatigued, I walked this morning and then cleaned my house. I am planning another walk later in the day.

Thanks again for your message and to everyone here. I couldn't do this alone! heidi2
