Heidi, Don't you quit now. You hang in there. I had two not so good nights in a row now, but No meds I know the program works so I'll go to bed tonight with the idea that I'm sleeping tonight. I too suffer with anxiety. I found myself full of it last night just before my Presleep routine should have been coming to an end. Well there I was for the first time taking a walk at night. I have to say that I came back without the anxiety. I went to bed 2 hours after my normal time and was up with my alarm. You are not alone. You and me are in this for the long haul...You go girl.
