Where is Charlie Tuna?

Posted by Gus on September 15, 2002 at 18:57:37:

Just occurred to me that there's been no word from Charlie Tuna of late. Has anyone heard from him? Hoping he's ok.

I'm struggling by. Feel pretty low but at least not desperate! Managing to sleep well on 7.5mg Remeron & 7.5mg Imovane (similar to Ambien) but feeling very drugged out. Should be starting on Sonata tomorrow to replace the Imovane so hopefully I'll get to sleep ok but not feel so hungover. Awaiting receipt of Desperately Seeking Snoozin - seems some folk on here have done well following the author's advice. Seems from my own experience & from what I've read on here that it is rare for someone to remain on meds long-term without any side-effects or drawbacks. Seems such a crazy thing that we can't do what should come naturally.
Best wishes to all on here.
Gus
