Remeron ( Scott M)

Thanks Scott for your previous reply about Remeron. Do I understand you correctly that normally you take about 12mg remeron which helps you sleep but doesn't cause too much grogginess the next day but if you go through a rough patch where insomnia is bad you cut the Remeron down to 7.5mg (for greater sleep inducing effect but with more grogginess the next day)? I've now cut to 7.5mg taken along with Imovane (like Ambien) and I'm sleeping like a baby but totally drugged out (and anxious) during the day. Seeing the doc today and expecting to be put on Sonata to replace the Imovane)

Note what you say about adopting a pre-sleep routine - incidentally what is your "recovery bible"?
