Tossing and Turning...

Posted by heidi2 on September 16, 2002 at 07:08:39:

Good Morning, dear friends. I slept very little last night, even though I adhered to the book and even started to doze off on the couch listening to relax. tape.

I have the strangest problem that was really interfering with my sleep last night. I think I have become very allergic to the clumping clay kitty litter which produces very fine dust. I am using something different now but the dust still seems to be around from the clay. My nasal passages were totally plugged up and I just need my nose to breathe during sleep. So I was awake, blowing my nose, etc., using about 3 different things to clear the passages, but to no avail.

Finally, I put on a dust mask and tried to sleep with that. It helped the nose, but I couldn't sleep with the mask on! What a night! So I am having another zombie day.

I am having my carpet shampoed and if that doesn't do the trick, go see a doctor. I don't know what else to do.

I can't wait until I can go to bed again in 18 hours! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. heidi2
