Hey AB. How are you? Yup I've been getting some sleep in although not very much; probably 3-4 hours with medication. I have seen a lot of improvements with myself however. I've been more energized, been eating more and just well, more happy. I went back to my psych. today and he told me i should increase my loxapine pills to an extra one so i can stay asleep longer. I hope that works tonight. Since having no work and school, I've been keeping myself busy doing odd things around the house. I still wait for the day i dont need this darn meds and sleep naturally. Well, i'll write soon. take care everybody!
