Dear Heidi...Sorry to her about your loss of sleep because of "supposed allergies". Just a thought, maybe your body is going through a healing crisis of some sort. When you detoxify from medications or other products that you have consumed for a very long time, your body may
produce strange symptoms as it tries to rid itself from the passages it can utilize.Years ago when I started detoxifying myself I had a similar reaction. My nose became very stuffed, then it started to run for a week or two non stop. I would try to stay away from doctors that will give you medications that may block the healing if that is what it is. Drink alot of water which thins out mucous and drink detoxifying herbal teas like fenugreek and mullein tea. Plain saline nasal drops are very soothing and not medicated.Of course try the other kitty litter and get as much dust out of the house as you can, but don't give up hope, it really may be your body trying to eliminate toxins. Keep up the good work Heide. I know you will sleep well very soon. Hope
