As you are not using other medications at the moment, have you tried taking an antihistimine, or something like Sinutab/Sudafed (I'm not sure if you have this in the States or not) which are often used for things like hayfever as they help clear nasal congestion? Perhaps you could ask your doctor or pharmasist if they could recommend something along these lines until you can get the dust problem under control.

If, as Hope suggested, it is just your body reacting to coming off meds, then perhaps this will allow you to get a couple of nights decent rest without having to resort to the sleeping meds again.

I find it sometimes helps to sleep with an extra pillow or two under my shoulders to keep me slightly elevated, which helps enormously with my breathing whenenver I have a cold, or sinus congestion. If you're not keen on taking anything, then perhaps you might want to try this.

Meanwhile, well done on keeping up with the program - I hope the hard work pays off soon.
