Glenn, have you tried non-medicinal ways to handle your anxiety ? Do you exercise everyday..watch your diet (carbs and sugar are big no no's), meditate or have some peaceful time in the evening ? Use breathing exercises? Take a hot bath in the evening ? do you see a psychologist to help change your thought processes ?

I fell into the drug trap 8 years ago and it was a real pain getting off. I have only been off 7 weeks and while my sleep is still poor, i feel the lifestyle changes I have made beat taking meds hands down.

Diet and exercise are the 2 biggies. Give it a shot.

Good Luck
