Chris, lately, before I found this forum, I had been sleeping anywhere from 5 - 7 hours, waking up 1 or 2 times a night, taking sleep medication, and feeling discombobulated; every week or so a really bad night with very little sleep. I would feel more and more tired and sometimes go back to bed in the AMs and sleep until 9:00 a.m. if that was possible.

I got really tired of scrounging up the sleep and medicating myself, and then still feeling out of it the next day. Also, I felt out of it emotionally.

I know I have been sloppy with my sleep habits, which is part of not working at the moment, i.e., you have less of a schedule.

Yes, I am going to hang in there. In the mornings I feel really bad, but then it picks up. Meditating a little helps because I sometimes doze for a few minutes.

Thanks for your thoughts and good wishes.
