Nakk- I relate completely to every word of what you said. When I have a good day (rare) it so completely different than my mostly sleep deprived days. My mood and energy are 100% better.

Like you, I feel it would be impossible to work. I have children and am so very careful about what I volunteer for. I rarely entertain because of the energy required to do so. To put it mildly, I'd say that my quality of life has been severly diminished by this debilitating insomnia.

Nakk - are there any sleeping meds that help you? Maybe something that you could take the night before you have something to do the next day. Last night I took Klonopin for the first time in a while so I would be able to function for a school project today. It left me hungover but better than if I was my usually sleep deprived self.

This is truly a curse. Ellie
