I didn't mean to offend, Rosebud. I know how hard it is to deal with life when you feel totally exhausted. I have been totally disabled with chronic illness for over 25 years and just getting through a day takes a lot of courage. I'm wondering if it's possible there is something besides insomnia that is a medical problem being overlooked in you.

And I didn't mean that withdrawal from benzos was the lesser of any evil, only the use of them.
