You are so right David. Rosebud, you must keep moving and getting your mind away from thoughts about the sleep difficulty.

It is hard to keep moving when you are tired. But you can do it. I have done it when I felt like I was half dead. But it is essential to participate in life and keep moving.

Thinking about it leads to more worry and that keeps the insomnia going. Don't become a victim to it, take positive action by participating, going out of the house, going for a walk, etc. Good luck tonight and best wishes, heidi2
