Ambien, Sonata, Restoral ETC

Ok, So I have been on all these medications. Ambien use to work. Sonata was a joke. And Restoal didn't do a thing either. I am freaking out because I don't want my doctor thinking I am nuts. What really works. I want to go to sleep, normally, but sometime I cannnot. I am also on Zoloft, which may be causeing the problem. Someone please give me some suggestions.
