Hi Ann, First off go see a Dr. You might be one of the lucky ones who they can help...If you have a bad home life, some counceling would be very helpful for you. I would recomend rule out any medical problem with your Dr. If meds don't work for you we talk a lot about different books on this site that have been very helpful for many of us. See your Dr. rule out anything medicaly wrong.
