Ann, further what Arctic & Chris said (good advice), go back to the basics. Exercise(30 minutes of a good cardio work-out/day); Nutrition.. no fast food or junky sugar laden stuff.. fresh fruit & veggies..turkey etc.and maybe some vitamins ( see A-B's posts further down about B-6 etc. Be careful with the benzo's for anxiety. I like Arctic's approach much better. Perhaps your MD can prwescribe something very short term just to break the rut you're in.
