Have you only tried sleeping pills and SSRI's. I tried Dalmane and Restoril. They never worked for me. Celexa made my sleeping problem worse. Ativan and Elavil do the trick for me. You are not nuts. Go back to the doctor and tell him your meds are not working. Don't suffer needlessly as I did when nothing worked for me.
