1st night Ambien free

Hi Everyone,
OK, here we go again. My exam is over (I passed) and now begins my med-free life. This will be my first night in quite a while without ambien and although I know this is going to be hell again, I am really motivated to not take anything again. I have decided to just go "cold turkey" because I know my personality--I need to set limits, or else. So now I have 2 weeks of winding down at my old job before the new job and move. Thanks to everyone for the support. You guys make trying this again much easier!
