Hi, everyone. Great to hear when someone is doing better. Congratulations Chris! As some of you know, I have gone through SR also and, though it was hell, it really straightened me out. Since then, I am keeping to my 11-6:30 (7:00) schedule and now I am usually ready to get up at that time, even when I don't have to go to work. That is a miracle for me. I am still taking my medication, but it is less than what I was taking before, and hopefully I will be able to go down even further. I have been sleeping well now for a good four weeks. You all know what a difference that makes to your outlook on life. Thanks to all. heidi2
