Hi Dave, SR is short for sleep restriction. Its a program that you follow to aid with the end of insomnia. There are two VERY good books that we talk about on this site all the time. Say goodnight to Insomnia & Desperately seeking Snoozin. I've read both. Both have helped me more than I can say. Good luck! Order yourself a copy you'll be glad you did.
