I wasn't offended, just tired.
I've had blood tests done and everything looks normal, thank goodness. I haven't seen an endocrinologist, and my sleep definately gets worse right before my period, but I don't think there's anything to be done about that.
The Remeron helps some as an anti-depressant, but it can only go so far. It can't make me feel any less sleep-deprived.
Using Xanax was actually very pleasant. It made me feel really, really good. I can understand why people use drugs like that. I've just learned the hard way that feeling good at the cost of withdrawl is too high for me. I'm grateful I stopped before it got out of control.
I'm sorry to hear about your chronic illness. It does take courage to live, sometimes. And sometimes, it just takes time. I wrote down David's words: Don't despair, for life is full of changes. That makes me feel a little better. It's an easier thought to grasp in the afternoon.
