Wow - I really feel for you. Just please remember you are not alone in this.

If you are finding it difficult to focus on the positive, perhaps you could try spending an hour a day doing something very self-indulgent like taking a bubble bath and listening to some relaxing music, giving yourself a facial, writing down your thoughts and your hopes - whatever it takes to put a smile on your face. Take advantage of having the nanny, and don't feel guilty about it - you can't give the best of yourself to others, until you give yourself the best of you.

I hope you find something to get you through this tough time and have the support to help you get there.
