AJM - I feel exactly like you do. I'm glad SR works for many but it does not work for me either. The doctor had my sleep restricted to about 4 1/2 hours nightly for a period of time. It still did not improve the quality of my sleep, unfortunately. I now go to bed about 11:30 and get up at 6:45. Still no improvement. I also practice every other sleep tip I know. (except hypnosis) Exhausted on a daily basis. My doctors don't have an answer either. 'Anxiety is part of it but certainly only a part and that's due mostly to my ongoing frustration trying to fix this thing.

I sympathize with you and wish you some success with this nightmare we have to endure.
