that's great--you sound like you're on the road to recovery. one thing i thought i should mention--you might find those books too stimulating to read right before bed. i remember when i discovered "desperately seeking snoozin" i was so excited to read the story of someone who had many similar experiences and had gotten better, i had a hard time puttting the book down. the same goes for watching anything too upsetting on tv right before bed or getting into heavy discussions with family, etc.
