So, no need to apologize, and I'm sorry if I made you feel that was directed towards you; it wasn't.

I really am so happy that you are doing better, and that others on here are doing better also. And, like I said, every insomniac should at least try sleep restriction for a couple of months. I do practice it to some extent, as in going to bed around the same time. My wake up times are usually close together, but sometimes they are more spread apart than my bedtimes.

Anyway, congratulations to you on doing better! You have provided a lot encouragement on this forum, and it's good to see you better. Sorry if I made you feel bad; it really wasn't intended!!
