Please don't be fearful about what you have written here. No one is going to judge you, or think less of you because of what you say or feel. That is what we are here for - we have all been in the same boat (..and, unfortunately, a lot of us still are..) and understand where you are coming from. This is what this forum is all about.

I know when I first joned the forum I would lie awake thinking about everyone else and how they were doing, but only in the beginning. I think you will find that everyone here is very supportive and many have battled their own fears and anxieties. Just remember that facing these fears is the first step to overcoming them.

I truly hope you can use this forum to help you and to know that you are not alone with this.
