A-B, Nice post. I agree with a lot of what you have written. My problem these days is awakening at 2:30 in the morning and then not being able to fall back asleep.I go to sleep around 11-11:30 so 3-31/2 hrs. of sleep is just not enough. the idea of getting up and down all night long is VERY unappealing. Some times I can make it to 4am. Whoopee do. I'm going to my sleep doc Monday to see if I've missed anything.
