Hi everyone: about SR, getting up 20 minutes after being in bed and not falling asleep was difficult for me, too.

But SR helped me get my body clock straightened out. Now I am sticking to the same hours. --

What I am focusing on now is getting off medications completely. I had been taking 1 Doxepin and 3/4 of a .5 Xanax. Then I got it down to 1 Dox. and 1/2 of .5 Xanax. Last night I did not take the Doxepin, but took 1 mg Ativan. I had an ok night.

So this is very promising. Anyhow, maybe after a day or two I will take only 1/2 mg Ativan and see how that works. I need to tell you all about it so someone else, besides me, knows.

Thanks to all of you for being here. Wishing you better sleep. Have a good weekend. heidi2
