So once you have woken up at 2:30, what do you do? Lie there frustrated? Solve the problems of the world? Read? Light housework? (..all those empty hours to fill, yet there are so many people complaining of not having enough time in the day. - the irony kills me!..)

Good luck with the doc - I hope they come up with something other than "you're depressed". Keep us posted on how you go.
