Hi Heidi, with the 20min thing (which I feel is probably intended as a general guide), were you still very "awake" or were you literally dragging yourself out of bed? I find I get "stuck" somewhere between conciousness and unconciousness and I'm usually better off just lying there, otherwise I would bring myself back to full conciousness again - rinse, repeat!

It's been really good to see how well it has worked for you, however, and I hope you enjoy the same success with cutting out the meds.
