To AJM

AJM - I was able to get hydroxyzine from my doctor. I was just wondering how mang mgs. you take. I know everybody is different but the 50 mg. didn't help. At the moment my other med is 2 mg. of Klonopin twice and sometimes 3 times a week. I really don't want to take the Klonopin that much and I thought that maybe the hydroxyzine might be a good alternative.

Just wondering what type of insomnia do you suffer from? I'm finding that I am so impatient lately that I just can't bear day after day of this fatigue and will take meds if they will help but not too much to avoid addiction. Also practicing SR for a few no nights. Unfortuately, no results. Thanks,

Ellie
