Blue, This is such great news. I had some similar experiences. I believe that the insomnia trys to hang on to what it knows. You no another effort to stay alive. As time goes on that will get better and better. When I have minor set backs and I still do. I go back to what I know works and thats SR.

Another thing that helped me to beat the monster. I thought myself to keep a positive attitude No matter how well I slept that night. I would wake up every morning and tell myself I choose to be positive today. Attitude is everything. You are what you think.
