guidance for sleep restriction

Posted by lisdon on January 28, 2003 at 10:12:49:

Every night I tell myself I'm going to get up when that alarm clock goes off, and unless I have something I have o get up for, I never succeed. I need some guidance on how to succeed at SR!
I've been extremely tired the past 3 weeks even though I've been sleeping O.K.
I'm so tired of being on meds. I'm on 3 now....Klonopin .5mg, Elavil 25mg, and Remeron 30mg. Just like SR, every time I try to succeed at weaning myself off of meds, I fail. I've been on the Klonopin and Elavil for many years, and the Remeron I started this past summer.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated,
Lisa
