Thanks Paul, for your input. I need to visit this forum regularly, even when I'm doing well.

I am going to try cutting the Klonopin in half tonight. But I've been there, done that, and then gone back to my regular dose. I'm not sure Klonopin will be the toughest, becase I've been on the same dose for 10+ years and I'm smart enough to know that it's probably not doing a single solitary thing for my sleep. Do you agree?
