Hi Paul.
I did cut Klonopin by a 1/4 last night and I still feel tired, so I feel no different and will stick with this for a week and then go to a half Klonopin. I did get up and out of bed at 645a today, but that's because I have to drive my son to pre school. I have 2 small children so getting up and going for a walk or the gym is out of the question. A walk would be fine with both kids but it's been frigid here in the Northeast! Both of my kids are late sleepers, even at their young age, so thy don't help me get up either!
I am going to try really hard to get up around the same time every day.
Thank you for your support. Please write if you have any other suggestions.
Lisa
