Lisdon - I still have my ongoing chronic exhaustion and like I've said before the only thing that gets me through the day is the exercise at the gym. Lately I've had sick kids and other reasons I couldn't get out first thing in the morning. I bought a couple of exercise tapes that get the heart rate up and did it for 30 minutes (along with jumping rope). I also just ordered a treadmill so I'll have that when I can't get out. I was never ever an exercise person before last March. I am just so desperate to feel better that this exercise is now a priority.
At the moment I'm attempting the SR and unfortunately so far my poor quality of sleep remains.
I really do wish you some relief from this.By the way, when I get out of bed in the morning I can't even imagine that I have the strengh to even get dressed but somehow I do. Just stressing that the exercise may sound impossible but believe me it really helps.
