Chris..I am so happy to hear that you have finally been sleeping alright for an extended period, and also sorry that you are having a bit of trouble recently. Do not despair. After a whole year of sleep from Jan of 2001-2002 I started once again to have on and off again bad nights or nights in a row; but eventually you will begin sleeping fairly well again, and not paying as much attention to the not so terrific nights. I guess it is the final act of tolerance that must be developed for anyone with a sleep disorder. At this point, most nights I sleep fairly well, and the nights I don't I just grin and bear it and don't concentrate on it at all. I think when you an get to this point you have reached the answer of the way to live peacefully despite insomnia. Stay well and here's to your good sleep again.....Hope
