Hi Ellie.
I often think of you because I always remember you from this forum. It is VERY hard going on day to day being tired. It' very frustrating for me because I go through phases like I'm in now, where I'm sleeping O.K. but I'm exhausted, so I don't know what's to blame except maybe all these meds I'm on!
I remember you telling me you have 1 or 2 good nightsa week? I hope you're at least still having those!
It's very hard for me to find time to exercise, with a 3 year old and an 18 month old to take care of all day. They keep me going, though.
I have to keep the faith and tell myself it WILL get better and really really try to get off meds. I'd rather eel crappy without meds than feel crappy with them!
How are you doing with SR? What meds are you on?
I am also checking into a cognitive therapist.
Take care,
Lisa
