desperatley seeking snoozin'

Has anyone had any success with this book? I'm desperate, I was on Trazadone wonderfully for 8 years then got pregnant and was abruptly stopped. Now it's not working like it used to and have tried Ambien, Sonota, Remeron (ugh, ick) Melatonin (worked sort of but heard it's bad) Restoril and now the doc wants me to try a Restoril/Elavil combo for sleep only, I'm not depressed. Any advice, this board has been wonderful!
