Hi Lisdon - At the moment I'm on 150 mg. of Serzone that's not doing a darn thing. Been on it about 1 1/2 weeks. A couple (or 3) nights a weeks I'm taking Klonopin, otherwise I would be wiped out 7 days straight. I was having a couple of good nights while on Remeron (7.5 mg.) but that was short-lived. No improvement with the SR. Like I said before I tried it faithfully last winter for 2 months and I got no better quality of sleep. It is very frustrating to be in a bed all night and not be fully awake but to feel exhausted every day. I was trying to tell myself today that I just have to accept this but that's much easier said than done.

I think of you often, along with Heidi and AJM. It is such a shame that insomnia has to be so debilitating and and how it takes the joy out of life.

Just wondering, do you have the quality of sleep problem also or what type of insomnia are you dealing with?

Thank goodness for this forum or else the aloneness would be too much to bear.

Take care,

Ellie
