Hi Ellie-
I usually go in phases. I sleep well for a while and feel great, then I have ruts that I'm in now where I'm sleeping O.K. but feeling exhausted during the day. I'm not up all night. When I feel good, I'm so positive about sleep that I usually have no problems with it, but when it's bad it's bad.
I know if I were never put on meds I would never have had the problems I have with sleep now. I went to the doctor maybe 15 years ago because I wasn't sleeping well and if she had said "It's just a phase, you'll get over it," I'm sure I would have! But instead she prescribed something and that was the beginning of the end for me!
Take care,
Lisa
