Bi-Polar?

Posted by AJM on January 30, 2003 at 22:32:47:

Hey everyone....

It's 1:30 AM here so obviously I'm not doing too well! I have had such a rough time lately with this insomnia.

I just had a quick question tonight and then I'm off to bed to try AGAIN to sleep....Has anyone here been diagnosed with bipolar disorder (manic depression) as a cause of their insomnia?

It's just something that has recently caught my attention as I have a friend who was diagnosed...it just made me start wondering and invesigating the relationship between manic depression and insomnia (which often occurs during a manic phase).

Hope everyone is sleeping well tonight...AJM
