Hello!

I just wanted to let you know that buying that book completely changed my life. I read it in two days and started the sleep restriction program the following night. I was addicted to Ambien after taking the drug for two years straight and was sleeping 0-2 hours per night for nearly four years straight. It was pretty miserable to say the least!

Well, I read the book last February and now I have been off medications for nearly a year and sleep naturally once again, most night 7-8 hours.

Basically, it turned my life around. It's entertaining, well-written and very inspiring. Basically, it gave me the motivation to see the program through (and it's not easy to do sleep restriction...it takes a lot of courage and unbelievable discipline!)

Please feel free to read my experiences with sleep restriction in earlier forums, starting last February. Also, Joanna has had good luck with sleep restriction among many others.

Best of luck!

Paul
