Hi AJM, sorry you're going through such a bad time again.

My brother's (soon to be ex) wife suffers from bi-polar disease, so next time I chat with him, I'll ask him about it. With this she is also very aggressive (to the point of having restraining orders taken out against her) and of course suffers from the extreme mood swings and a persecution complex.

Meanshile, I hope things start getting better for you again real soon.
