Thank you all so much, you've given me hope, I learned about this book from the board(I didn't realize this was sleep restriction) and will go back to Febuary's postings. One question, how long did it take you to work through it? Longer if you were on meds? I was on Remeron as I said recently for only 5 days and now have much more trouble sleeping than ever.Thanks again!
