Blue I don't remember all of your details so forgive me if I ask you to repeat them.
1 How much time are you allowing your self for bed.
2 Are you setting your alarm so that you don't cheat.
3 Are you practicing a pre-sleep routine
4 What is your pre-sleep routine
5 Do you keep a morning journal on your sleep
6 Are you cheating

If you are allowing yourself 6 hrs in bed try cutting back to 5 1/2 I know it sounds awful. But if you sleep and sleep well then its worth it. If your at 5 1/2 already cut back to 5 hrs. In the beginning you can't cheat. I can't say that enough. As time goes by and you get results then you can fudge a little.

SR is tough...The pay off is worth the wait. Be patient. Don't give in to Ambien just yet. Try my suggestions first. Keep us posted.
