Chris

To answer you questions
1. I'm allowing myself 6 hours to start with
2. I set my alarm clock because I have to wake up at a specific to get ready for work. but I usually wake up b4 the alarm goes off cos I wasn't really sleeping anyway.
3,4. I dunno if this is consider a pre sleep routine or not, I usually read or watch TV, nothing stimulating.

5. yes I do but I didn't really update it everyday, I will consolidate everything after a few days.

6. yes I cheat by going to bed half an hour b4 my DST cos I was nearly dozing off.

I read Weidman's book again yesterday to check where I have gone wrong. I'm confused, should I make myself sleepy during my pre-sleep routine or try to stay as wake as possible??? because I always feel sleepy half an hour b4 my DST, so heck I went to bed cos I'm afraid that my sleep bug would have disappear by my DST.

Chris, if I should cut back my sleep time, shld push my DST later or DWT forward? This part I'm also confused.

Thanks for your support and concern, I really need that.
