Blue, You should keep your wake up time the same and go to bed later. Its ok to dose off a little bit during your pre-sleep routine but don't sleep for a long period. Try to stay awake if possible. I use to get up move around and even step outside for some fresh air. In the beginning you have to be strict with your routine.
