Hi Blue, I'm doing good again. I've been sleeping much better for about 4 months now. I still will have a bad cycle now and then but nothing like I was a few months back...

Its ok to take something now and then. I only take something if I've had like 3 bad nights in a row. Although thats not to often anymore.

If you can get past the fear factor things will start to look up for you. I think all of us have had to battle that problem. Remember you are what you think. I use to try and take in a few deep breaths when I would feel the anxiety come on. If you can tell yourself that this feeling wont last it always goes away. It might come back but take a couple of deap breaths and tell yourself your going to wait it out.

Have you tried the combo of vitamins that we talk about on the site? Every night I take with warm milk calcuim, magnessium, B-6, Zinc and 1 asprin. These vitamins all help the body to relax. Try it.

Blue, dont give up. You hang in there. Nothing stays the same and this too will pass.
